Flowpackers pack in a horizontal manner
Dutchpacks offers 2nd hand flowpackers of the brand Tevopharm with which we have a lot of experience to pack your products. In the process of horizontal flowpacking a product is packed in a horizontal way, which wraps it and seals both sides.
The process begins with placing the product on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt then transports the product to the machine, where the packaging material is folded under and over the product to completely cover it. The conveyor belt then moves the wrapped product to the sealing section, where the ends of the packaging are sealed. Finally, the packaging is cut, after which the product is ready for further processing or distribution.
This process is particularly suitable for products that can be slid along a horizontal conveyor belt, such as chocolate bars, biscuits, tissue bags, scratch cards and other solid objects that fit into a bag.

On request, Dutchpacks can also install the Tevopharm Pack 6 series flowpacker at the customer’s location and provide extensive guidance on the operation and adjustment of the machine, including information on the associated safety risks.
