Michael Thomas, our visionary founder, has steadily expanded the course of Dutchpacks to developing advanced machines. Dutchpacks has designed a groundbreaking heat seal head for applying cardboard bottoms to cardboard tubes.
Dutchpacks is the only company in the world that builds this machine in series for the production of sustainable and environmentally conscious packaging. This packaging is fully recyclable. This process offers an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional packaging materials and responds to the growing need for sustainable solutions in the packaging industry.

The innovative technology to place cardboard bases on cardboard tubes has been carefully tested and the semi-automatic will be available on the market in the third quarter of 2024. Our new automatic heat seal machine with SCADA technology will be available in the first quarter of 2025. Not only does this represent a huge leap forward in the packaging industry, it also contributes to our mission to make waste separation easier and thus have a positive impact on the environment.

Michael Thomas started in the packaging industry in 1996 and focused on new machines and innovations after 2015. In 2021, Dutchpacks developed affordable heat sealers for the cardboard industry and now focuses on innovative and affordable solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Diego Madlener

Diego Madelener started in the packaging industry in 1989, founded his own company in 2002 and returned to technical work in 2019; he is now ultimately responsible for the development of new heat seal machines at Dutchpacks, specialized in CNC and milling technology.
Finn Langendoen

Finn Langendoen started at Dutchpacks in 2023 and has been taking care of the marketing to his full satisfaction ever since. In 2024, Finn obtained his HAVO diploma and is currently optimizing our website. This involves a lot of work, but we are confident that it will turn out well.
