Dutchpacks offers the vacuum sealing machine SAVCS-V25 as a reliable and efficient solution for sealing all types of round aluminum, PET, tin cans. This machine is suitable for containers ranging from 50 to 153 mm in diameter.
It is used by, among others, co-packers, sheltered workshops, butcheries, and laboratories. Made of stainless steel, the machine operates with low noise levels. The safety cover surrounding the sealing mechanism ensures optimal protection and, thanks to the SAVCS-V25’s new design, is now even easier to mount and disassemble. This cover is secured with a mechanical safety sensor.
This model features a separate lockable access door for the electrical compartment. Additionally, the motor is now positioned in the base of the machine rather than at the top, which further reduces noise levels.
The SAVCS-V25 is built for speed and designed for mobility
With a mechanical speed of 5 to 8 cans per minute, this machine is ideal for companies seeking a fast and efficient way to package their products. Operating on 230 volts, the vacuum can seamer stands out for its stationary sealing process, where the cans remain still during the seaming prcoess. The seaming rolls are maintenance-free and optionally available with titanium coating for an extended lifespan.
The machine is easy to relocate and can be adjusted to the desired height on-site using four extendable legs. This provides added stability and helps prevent potential damage in the future. It comes equipped with impact-resistant control buttons for simple and safe operation. The machine is suitable for use in both humid and dry working environments.
