SAS-V25 is reliable and efficient
Dutchpacks offers the SAS-V25 can seamer as a reliable and efficient solution for sealing all types of round aluminum and tin cans, plastic and cardboard tubes. This machine is suitable for cans from 50 to 127 mm.
This machine is used by, among others: co-packers, sheltered workshops, butchers and laboratories. The machine is made of stainless steel and produces little noise. The safety cover around the sealing mechanism ensures optimum safety and is even easier to assemble and disassemble thanks to the new design of the SAS-V25. This cover is secured with a mechanical safety sensor.
This model has a separate lockable access door for the electrical compartment. In addition, the motor is now located in the lower cabinet of the machine instead of on top, which ensures an even lower noise level.
SAS-V25 is fast & portable
With a mechanical speed of 15 cans per minute, this machine is ideal for companies that want to package their products quickly and efficiently. The can seamer operates on 230 volts and has the strong point that the cans remain still during the sealing process. No air compressor is required, because the up and down part is controlled mechanically. The four maintenance-free seaming rollers ensure a better quality closure and are provided with a titanium coating as standard for extra long life.
The can seamer is easy to move and can be placed at the correct height on location with the four swivelling legs. This provides extra stability and prevents possible damage to the machine in the future. The machine is supplied with impact-resistant control buttons for easy and safe operation, and is suitable for use in both damp and dry areas.

Placement, maintenance & safety
Before the can seamer is delivered to the customer, it is tested with the right material at our location in Roosendaal, in the workshop. If desired, Dutchpacks can place the can seamer on location and provide clear guidance on the operation and adjustment of the machine, with the associated safety risks. Dutchpacks offers service and maintenance on this can seamer, so you can be sure that your machine is always in top condition. All components of the can seamer are CE-approved and the product complies with CE regulations.
