This labeling machine is very precise

The automatic star wheel labeler ASLM-V1 has an efficiency of 100 labels per minute, which makes it an excellent choice for companies looking for a time-saving solution. The machine works on a 230 volt power supply and the cans rotate during labeling. An advantage of this model is that it uses a mechanical star wheel instead of air supply.

This labeler is also easy to move thanks to the wheels underneath the machine. You can easily roll the machine to the desired location and then lock the extendable legs to keep the machine firmly in place. The ASLM-V1 is suitable for use in both dry and humid environments, with temperatures between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 15 to 85%.

In addition, the machine has a maximum label feed with an inner diameter of 76 mm and an outer diameter of 300 mm. The distance between labels is 2 to 3 mm, with a margin of ±0.2 mm. The labeling accuracy is ±1.5 mm, which ensures precise labeling.
