With an impressive speed of 10-15 labels per minute (depending on label and product size), this semi-automatic non-round labeler offers the optimal solution for companies looking for a productive way to label their round products. Designed for versatility, this machine is suitable for labeling a variety of products: square products, rectangular products, oval products (and many more).

The semi-automatic labeller for non-round objects operates on a standard 230 volt connection. For accurate operation, the machine requires air to drive the pressure cylinder, with a recommended pressure between 4-6 bar.
You place the product in the machine and then you can step on the included foot pedal to activate the labeler. In addition, almost everything necessary is adjustable in the settings on the handy touchscreen.

This machine uses two different motors. One to rotate the object (if both sides need labeling). And the other motor to transport the label so that it can be used for the process.

This machine is on the heavy side, around 68 kg. Make sure you either lift this with two people or use a pallet truck to transport it to the desired location. This machine also has four extendable legs for a fixed and sturdy placement. Please ensure that this machine is placed on a safe surface.
