Thanks to our extra high van, we as Dutchpacks can deliver machines to you throughout the Benelux. Our logistical possibilities allow us to meet your needs quickly and efficiently. Whether you need new machines or want to have existing machines repaired, we are ready for you.
In addition, we offer a unique service where we take machines for repair. If possible, we also provide a replacement machine, so that your production process can continue without interruption. This service was created to save our customers a lot of valuable production time and to ensure the continuity of their business operations.

Delivery outside the Benelux
For the transport of larger machines outside the Benelux, Dutchpacks uses a regular carrier. This carrier has extensive experience with the safe transport of our machines. We often pack our new machines extra protected in crates and, if desired, we provide them with indicator stickers that can register impact.
The standard insured value for damage is often very low with transporters and that is why we advise our customers to take out a separate insurance with us against possible damage so that the customer is insured against unexpected costs. If desired, you can also arrange the transport yourself in which case we sell the machine ex works.
