Automatic Feeding Buffer Table

The new buffer table of Dutchpacks offers an efficient solution for quickly moving layers that are placed on the buffer table from a Euro pallet. Thanks to the sliding bar at the front of the machine, a complete layer can easily be slid onto the table, after which the cardboard can be removed effortlessly.
The standard size of the buffer table is 1200 x 1500 mm, but other sizes are available on request. Using advanced technology, the machine places one row at a time on the transverse conveyor and then moves it to the next machine on the conveyor. This innovative approach saves a considerable amount of time compared to traditional round feeding tables.

Little Giant is betaalbaar & gebruiksvriendelijk

Met een mechanische snelheid van 15 blikken per minuut, is hij optimaal voor bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar een machine die niet frequent gebruikt hoeft te worden en ook nog relatief betaalbaar is. Dit inblik apparaat is te gebruiken op 230 volt. Er is geen behoefte aan perslucht van een compressor om cilinders aan te sturen, omdat dit mechanisch wordt uitgevoerd. De sluitrollen vereisen geen onderhoud.

Inblik apparaat Little Giant is eenvoudig te verplaatsen, vanwege het relatief lichte gewicht van 32kg dat het bij zich draagt. Het apparaat is op elke stevige ondergrond te plaatsen. Tevens is het inblik apparaat inzetbaar in droge ruimtes. Het wordt echter niet aanbevolen om het apparaat in vochtige ruimtes te plaatsen, aangezien deze niet van roestvrij staal (RVS) is gemaakt.
