With an impressive speed of 20 labels per minute (depending on label size), this semi-automatic labeling machine provides the optimal solution for companies looking for a productive way to label their round products. Designed for versatility, this machine is suitable for labeling a variety of objects, including bottles, as well as cans and tubes made of aluminium, plastic, tin and cardboard.
The semi-automatic labeller for round objects works on a standard 230 volt connection. For accurate operation, the machine requires air to drive the cylinders, with a recommended pressure between 4-6 bar.
An activation sensor automatically detects when a round object is placed, after which the machine starts applying the label. This time is programmable. In addition, the round object is firmly pressed from above by a special pressure roller, which ensures that the label is accurately applied to the round object.
