Dutchpacks presents the ACS-V24, an automated can seamer, as a reliable and efficient solution for sealing various types of round PET cans, tin cans, aluminium cans and cardboard tubes. This can seamer is widely used in factories and other large-scale production environments. Manufactured from stainless steel, the machine is characterised by a low noise level. ACS-V24 is efficient & advanced<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The ACS-V24 can seamer not only stands out with its impressive speed of 60 objects per minute, but is also 20% faster than its predecessor, thanks to the integrated servo-controlled motors. This innovation results in an even more efficient packaging process.
A striking feature is the automatic height adjustment of the star, with memory positions for precise positioning. In addition, the can seamer can be easily cleaned with water, which simplifies the maintenance process.

The machine’s sensors are equipped with a quick-change system, which minimizes maintenance time. The electrical cabinet is located outside the machine, making it easily accessible for technical operations.
Both the infeed and outfeed belts can be controlled separately, allowing optimum control over the packaging process. Secured doors at the front and rear of the machine ensure the safety of the operating personnel.
With low energy consumption, the canner contributes to sustainability. The operating menu is divided for technical staff and operators, with the aim of ensuring safety and optimizing operation.

Separate buttons are installed for the operator for on\/off functionality and reset options, making the HMI screen unnecessary for simple operating operations.

The conveyor belt is designed to be easy to clean, which contributes to a hygienic production environment. In addition, the machine has an additional infeed cylinder stop for accurate feeding of different types of cans. In short, the ACS-V24 can sealer not only offers speed and efficiency, but also a wide range of advanced features that improve and optimize the packaging process, with special attention to the user-friendliness for operators and the automatic stop function when the outfeed belt is full.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Before delivery to the customer, the machine undergoes a thorough test with the right material in our workshop in Roosendaal. If desired, Dutchpacks can install the machine on site and provide detailed instructions on how to operate and adjust it, including relevant safety aspects. Dutchpacks also provides service and maintenance for these machines, so you can be sure that your machine is always in optimum condition.
